Author Dina O.Nasr

Dina O. Nasr is a children’s book author, early years educator and founder of Edukidzz, with a PGCE from the University of Sunderland and over 14 years of experience in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. She has worked as a teacher, curriculum developer, nursery manager and trainer, empowering parents, teachers and caregivers to create nurturing environments where children thrive. Through her social media platform, she shares tips on early literacy, play-based learning and parenting strategies, aiming to inspire families and educators to foster creativity and development in young children. Her debut book, Spark the Sparkly Dragon, was inspired by her pregnancy with her daughter and the bedtime stories she shared with her two sons, teaching them values like trust, empathy and open communication. Now based in the UAE with her husband and three children, she continues to advocate for early childhood development, spreading the joy of learning and the power of storytelling.
